I have been teaching this class for over 20 years and have developed a unique concept of combining dance, fitness and martial arts. This is a full mind and body workout. This class is designed to strengthen primary and secondary core muscles and develop and tighten your dance skills.
This fitness class is based on Cha-cha, Samba and West Coast Swing with a cool-down in Bolero.
Dance Fitness will benefit beginner to advanced dancers and non-dancers, and will challenge all fitness levels.
